- The Plymouth Village Water & Sewer District’s Mission is to provide the highest quality water distribution and wastewater treatment possible. The Commissioners and staff members primary responsibility is to the ratepayers. In meeting the needs of the District, we will strive for high quality and effective use of resources. Fund reserves are created to provide for both capital improvements and adverse conditions. Customer requests must be serviced promptly and accurately.
- Commissioners are also responsible for and will respect the dignity of employees and recognize staff performance. Compensation will be fair and adequate, and working conditions clean, orderly and safe.
- The Commission and staff will respond to community needs. District property will be maintained in good condition; the District will work to protect the environment and natural resources.
